SET-UP: EVERYONE PITCHES IN!

From 7:00–8:30 am, we need everyone’s help setting up canopies, tables, chairs, supplies, and equipment. Our goal is to have ALL stations completely set up by 8:30 am.

If you are a Challenge Station Lead, please report directly to your assigned station and begin setting up. Once your area is ready, please help another station. Every box is labeled to help supplies get to the correct location.

WELCOME OUR GUESTS

Smile, greet, and welcome everyone! A friendly welcome sets the tone for the entire event.

From 8:00–9:00 am, guests should NOT enter the Challenge Stations area. The stations will open following the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Remarks. We will need volunteers to help manage entrances and kindly direct guests to the appropriate gathering area.

Once all stations are set up and fully staffed, volunteers are welcome to join the fun and participate in the challenges!

RESTROOMS

Please familiarize yourself with the restroom locations so you can easily direct guests when asked.

LUNCH

A taco plate with bottled water is $10 per ticket.

No cash, please. Payment will be accepted through Venmo or PayPal.

CLEAN-UP: 11:30 AM–1:00 PM

Clean-up begins at approximately 11:30 am. Please do not leave your station equipment behind for someone else to handle.

Everyone pitches in! Help break down and return canopies, tables, chairs, supplies, and equipment to their designated locations.

Our goal is to have everything broken down and put away by 1:00 pm.

Most Important: Thank You!

This event succeeds because people are willing to jump in, help one another, and welcome our veterans and community with kindness.

See something that needs to be done? Please lend a hand.

Thank you for helping us create a safe, welcoming, and memorable 2.2 for 22 Challenge for Veterans!
