Aesop's Funky Fables
Aesop's Funky Fables, Written & Directed by Dyan McBride.
Bickering scientists. A time traveling device. A miscalculation. Ancient Greece. Fabulous stories. Rock and roll music. How does it all work together? Come see Aesop's Funky Fables, a play about cooperation and collaboration, specifically written for young audiences.
Aesop's Funky Fables was first produced at San Francisco's The New Conservatory Theatre Center in Spring 2000 and again in 2002. An expanded script, updated for modern times, is funded through a 2025/2026 grant from the Milanese Family Foundation.
Fun For Kids! Ages 4 - 12
Performances run
Saturdays May 2nd & 9th at 10:00am & 12:00 noon,
Sundays May 3rd & 10th at11:00am.
