Selection Process
The selection process will be based primarily on the thoughtful and thorough answers provided by each application to the questions within the application.
Applications will not be considered if all questions are not completed. Each answer is limited to no more than 500 words.
The following questions will be asked on the application:
- Explain why you want to be a President鈥檚 Scholar and how it will enhance your experience at 91重口?
- Describe your academic and career goals and why it鈥檚 important for you to achieve them.
- Share information about unique circumstances, obstacles, or experiences that inspire your academic success.
- Please explain your financial need and how important this program is to supporting you and your family?
- Describe your experience participating in leadership activities, campus involvement, and/or community service.
- Highlight any other strengths or qualities which you feel make you a strong candidate to be a President鈥檚 Scholar.
