Vineyard Data Dashboard

 

This data dashboard is in-progress and a working draft that explores the visualization of remote sensing data in a way that is useful for the vitiulture industry. It leverages a limited data set from our Campus Hill VIneyard to be more nimble and reflects our intention that this is a "proof of concept" project.

It is created using microsoft Power BI software with an excel spreadsheet acting as our main dataset. The data was collected by a DJI Matrice M210 drone with a Micasense Red Edge multispectral sensor. The initial images were processed using PIX4D mapper and subsequent spatial analysis conducted in QGIS and ArcGIS Pro software. This project is lead by student intern Eric Xu in the Computer Science department.

This is an active project that is constantly changing and evolving as we better undersand the data and the needs of our viticulture department.
