Wines

Student-crafted wines, proudly produced in the heart of Livermore Valley Wine Country!

At Campus Hill Winery, every bottle tells a story of education, dedication, and a shared passion for winemaking.

Our wines are produced through the Viticulture & Winery Technology program at Las Positas College, where students gain valuable hands-on experience in every stage of the winemaking process, from grape harvest and fermentation to aging, blending, bottling, and labeling.

We're incredibly proud of the wines our students help create and are excited to share them with our community!

Explore Our Wines

2025 Albari帽o 鈥 $20/bottle

Our estate-grown signature white wine offers a vibrant, aromatic expression of the Livermore Valley. Fermented in concrete and finished in stainless steel, this refreshing wine features crisp acidity with notes of citrus, white nectarine, honeydew, and lemon peel, complemented by delicate minerality and a hint of salinity.

A wine that gives back: Proceeds from this Albari帽o support the 91重口 Veterans Program.

2025 Malbec Ros茅 鈥 $20/bottle

Bright, refreshing, and full of character, our student-produced Malbec Ros茅 features beautiful aromas and flavors of red and dark berries, watermelon, red plum, rose petals, and passionfruit, with a lingering tropical fruit finish.

Produced using the 蝉补颈驳苍茅别 method, this wine is especially meaningful because our Viticulture & Winery Technology students participated directly in the grape processing, including traditional foot stomping!

2024 Malbec 鈥 $25/bottle

A rich, full-bodied red wine aged in French oak, our 2024 Malbec offers expressive flavors of dark plum, red cherry, and blackberry, complemented by notes of violets, vanilla, baking spices, and toasted oak. Its velvety texture leads to a long, warm finish with hints of cracked black pepper.

This wine is particularly special to our program as it recognizes former student Tom Wierzchon, who helped guide its production from beginning to end, including designing the wine's label.

Every Bottle Supports Hands-On Education

When you purchase a wine from Campus Hill Winery, you're supporting more than a winery. You're helping sustain a unique educational experience where students learn, develop practical skills, and prepare for careers throughout the wine industry.

From our teaching vineyard to our winery and classroom, each bottle reflects the time, care, and enthusiasm that our students bring to their education.

Thank you for supporting Campus Hill Winery, our students, and the future of the Livermore Valley wine community!
