The timesheets listed below have been implemented using InformedK12. For assistance with filling out your submission with this new online software, click here. All other forms may be found at the .

Important:
Payroll requires the most current timesheet version available for each payroll period.
If your form is available through InformedK12, you will be filling out the most current
version. For all other forms not available through InformedK12, please access the
District's form page each month you fill out your timesheet to ensure you do not submit
an old version.
