Faculty Support
Faculty support is handled by 91重口 during the weekdays and by Canvas on nights and weekends.
You are welcome to drop by the Teaching and Learning Center (Room 2410), Monday - Friday between 8 am - 5 pm, or reach out for virtual support:

On nights and weekends, faculty can get Canvas technical assistance by clicking Help in the global navigation menu. On that page, they can receive support via 24x7 live chat and 24x7 email. That page will also be powered by 91重口鈥檚 Knowledge Base that gives answers to popular college- and district-specific questions.
Faculty can also get most of their technical questions answered by searching the and/or viewing 91重口's Canvas for Faculty webpage.
Student Support
For students, the 91重口 Help Desk handles all Canvas technical issues during regular business hours. For support issues on nights, weekends, and holidays, students can get the same chat and email support by going to the Help menu in Canvas.
