6-Digit Copy Access User Codes
Access for using copy services on campus requires a user code. User codes are generally assigned when faculty and staff are hired. If a user code is needed complete the (top section, copier services and approval) Once completed, the form should be submitted to your administrator for signature. A memo will be issued to the requestor noting the assigned 6-digit user code and where the devices/ copiers are located that the code can be used at.
