ESL Placement Information
Welcome to the 91重口 ESL Placement!
We have six levels of ESL classes at 91重口. The ESL Placement will help you choose the best level of ESL classes for you.
You can complete the ESL Placement at the New Student Support Center Monday-Thursday. You must arrive at 10:00am or 1:00pm in building 1600, room 1672, to complete the ESL Placement. It will take approximately 60 minutes.
After you complete the ESL Placement, you will be able to register for classes in 2-3 business days. Business days include Monday-Friday during fall and spring semester, and Monday-Thursday during summer term. You will receive an email to your 91重口 Zonemail when you are cleared to register.
BEFORE YOU GO:
- Please bring your Student Identification Number (W Number), your password for MyPortal, and a pen or pencil.
- Please make sure you can log in to MyPortal and activate your Zonemail before you come for the ESL Placement. If you need help, refer to Step 2 on the 91重口 Steps to Register or contact the Student HelpZone at helpzone@clpccd.org or by phone (925) 424-1710.
- Important: Please check the New Student Support Center website on the day of your placement for any unexpected closures.
