3C Media
is part of the TechConnect projects funded by the California Community College Chancellor's Office (CCCCO). This service allows faculty to create a free account to:
- Upload and store media
- Share media privately or publicly, including via the Canvas 3C Media integration
- Request captioning for media
- Captioning availability depends on fluctuating levels of grant funding. 3C Media prioritizes the captioning of videos for instructors who have students with a documented accommodation plan.

Tip: Many instructors now prefer to record, store, and caption videos using Studio.
