My name is Seya Boonprakob, a second-year Business major and Team Planner for the 2026鈥�2027 91重口 Student Ambassador Program. I speak four languages: Thai, English, Lao, and Mandarin. My family and I traveled a lot growing up, which helped me adapt to change and understand different perspectives. Throughout those time, something that helped me a lot was the people around me who gave me guidance and support. They are a big inspiration for me in this program, to help other students discover their opportunities, find their paths, and feel supported. You can spot me on campus with our snack cart, where we're here to answer your questions. You can also find me at Project Smile Club on Tuesdays and Dance Club on Mondays :) Feel free to say hello!
Hi! My name is Priya and this is my 2nd, and final, year at Las Positas. I am majoring in Environmental Science, and I hope to transfer to UC Davis next Fall. Some of my other academic interests include geology and journalism. My role as an HSI Student Ambassador is to assist in peer workshops, analyze data, and help peers have an easier time at Las Positas, as well as navigating the college world. Navigating through college is incredibly challenging, especially being a First Generation student, but with the help of Student Ambassadors, hopefully it鈥檒l be easier! I鈥檓 so ecstatic to be on this team to work towards making this campus a comfortable space for students!
Hello! My name is Tserang Sangmo (she/her) and I am a Public Health major. I spent two years dual enrolled in the Middle College program and is now staying my final year here. My goals are to transfer to a UC and go on the pre-PA track for grad school in the future. Along with English, I can also speak Mandarin fluently. With this year being my third year at Las Positas, I've been able to explore campus and become apart of the community such as being involved in clubs and now becoming a Student Ambassador. My main assigned task is towards outreach and event planning this year, but I will be on campus for any other questions/help! I hope to help other students in their community college path as well and become a part of your journey. Looking forward to an exciting year!
Hi everyone! My name is Zeenat Ibrahimi and I鈥檓 a Business Administration student at 91重口 with a strong interest in finance, marketing, and leadership. As an Honors student and MESA scholar I believe in challenging myself. As a Student Ambassador focusing on marketing and social media, I enjoy finding creative ways to connect students with campus opportunities, promote events, and encourage student involvement. I believe that even small efforts can make a meaningful difference in helping students feel welcomed, supported, and connected to their college community. My goal is to transfer to a four-year university and pursue a career in business and finance. I鈥檓 excited to continue learning, meeting new people, and making a positive impact at 91重口!
Hello everyone! My name is Trinidi Zuniga and I am a second year student studying Business Administration here at 91重口 with an interest in business analytics. This is my second year being a part of the Student Ambassador program and Student Ambassador club, and I am really excited to do this again and to meet all of the new Ambassadors that are a part of the program and club this year! My goals are to obtain my associates degree in Business Administration and transfer to one of my dream schools by fall 2027. I鈥檓 slowly working towards that goal, and with the support system I made these past 2 years at 91重口 I know I can make it a reality. If I鈥檓 not in the HSI Center, you can definitely find me in the Black Cultural Resource Center Monday-Thursday. I鈥檓 excited to continue to make a positive impact for students at Las Positas!
