Why Study Abroad?
- Students can earn credits and take care of GE requirements by studying in another country with 91ÖØ¿Ú faculty and students.
- Studies show that study abroad is associated with higher graduation rates, improved intercultural skills, and personal growth--all of which are valuable to you, to college admissions officers, and to future employers!
- Here is an article about the importance of travel abroad from Go Overseas. (As you read, keep in mind that they are also trying to sell you on specific trips, but the information on the benefits of travel abroad is worthwhile.)
