All required forms for your 2025-2026 Financial Aid File can now be completed and e-signed online through our new Verify My Application platform.
- Log in to your financial aid account through MyPortal.
- Click on Student Requirements to find links for completing forms and uploading documents.
- Login to MyPortal, select CLASS-Web & click on the Financial Aid Tab then the following:
- ‘My Eligibility’
- ‘Student Requirements’
- 'Aid year '2025-2026'
- ‘Authorization & Accept Financial Aid Terms and Responsibilities’
- ‘A³¦³¦±ð±è³Ù.’

Special Circumstances/SAI (EFC) Appeal
What if I have Special Circumstances regarding my (or my Parent's) income?
If your family’s income has significantly dropped since the income reported on your FAFSA, you may qualify for a Special Circumstances/SAI Appeal to adjust your financial aid eligibility.
The Financial Aid Office understands that standard formulas may not reflect unique financial situations. If you have experienced job loss, reduced income, divorce, or other major changes, you can request a review of your aid package.
How to Apply:
- Get the Right Form – Contact the Financial Aid Office or download:
- Petition for Consideration of Special Circumstances (for income or budget changes)
- Request for Financial Aid Income or Budget Adjustment
- Complete & Submit – Fill out the form (including parent info if dependent) and provide supporting documents.
- Review Process – A financial aid officer will evaluate your situation using professional judgment.

Request for Professional Judgement (Dependency Override) Unusual Circumstance Appeal for 2025-2026

Loss of Priority Registration or the CCPG Fee Waiver due to not having consecutively earned more than 50% in both fall and spring terms or fell below a 2.0 GPA for both terms.

Have a financial aid application on file with 91ÖØ¿Ú (91ÖØ¿Ú) for current academic year
· Financial aid file needs to be complete, no missing documents
· Meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress or have an approved Financial Aid Petition
· Be Pell Eligible
· Enrolled in at least half-time (6 units or more) at 91ÖØ¿Ú
· Enrolled in courses that are applicable toward degree (courses must be listed on our Educational Plan) · All courses must be added by the Freeze Date (Spring 2026-3/16/2026, Summer 6/29/2026, Fall 2026 10/19/2026
· Must submit an official academic transcript from the Other College at the end of the semester. This Transcript should be sent to the 91ÖØ¿Ú Enrollment Services Office.
- FERPA-Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act - Student and others listed on the form must present this form in person along with CA Driver's License or CA ID.
