Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (C91重口CD) facilities are identified as 鈥淐ivic Centers鈥� or as designated public forums. On campus spaces are available for community use when such use does not conflict with District programs and operations.

91重口 prioritizes our facilities as an instructional space for our Academic and Community Education Classes.

Rental Inquiries, Requests and Confirmations will not be processed until after Semester Class Schedule has been finalized and uploaded into our reservation system.
Please review the Processing Schedule before requesting space availabilty.

General Guidelines

All Rental Requests and Inquiries must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to your event.
91重口 Renters are charged for Facility Rental Fees, Equipment Usage and Staffing (Campus Safety, Custodial, IT Support, etc.)
91重口 requires all Renters to complete the College Facility Use Agreement and Submit a copy of Certificate of Liability Insurance.
All Attendees and/or Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
No alcoholic beverages, intoxicants, controlled substances, or tobacco in any form shall be brought onto 91重口 Campus. Any person under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, or controlled substances shall be denied participation in any activity.
No structures, electrical modifications, facility modifications, or mechanical apparatus are allowed on 91重口 Campus.
Overnight parking is not allowed on 91重口 Campus. Parking is enforced 24/7. Each vehicle parked on campus requires a $3.00 parking permit.
- Daily permits are available for $3 (plus service fee, if applicable) via the following methods below. Please Note: License Plate Number is required.

  - Text 91重口 to 25023 ($3.75*)
  - Cash and Card payments via terminal in Parking Lot C ($3 cash, $3.50* Credit Card)
  - *Price includes service fee
  - REMINDER: The Parking Permit Terminal is located in Parking Lot C only. All other Parking Lots have posted signs for online payments only.
Final Payment is due at least 14 days prior to the event.
Rental Event Cancellations require a minimum notice of 14 days prior to the event.
