Hi there! I鈥檓 Stacie, and I鈥檓 thrilled to be part of your psychology journey at Las Positas. I鈥檝e spent the last 20+ years applying psychology in the real world. I've applied psychology in tech companies, research labs, leadership training, and even in helping design better experiences for apps you may use every day in the workforce (yep, psychology is everywhere).

From studying how people think, feel, and behave, to turning that insight into action, I鈥檝e used psychology to help teams work better together, understand their customers, and solve complex human problems with creativity and empathy. I鈥檝e led global research for companies like Workday and ServiceNow, coached leaders on how to motivate people (without being annoying), and even helped NASA teams innovate to modernize air traffic operations.

Whether you鈥檙e thinking about clinical work, user experience design, organizational psychology, or just want to understand people (and yourself) a little better, psychology opens up so many exciting doors.
