HELP DESK NOMINATOR: Sharon Gach Katherine Tollefsen is known by many, from her work at the District I.T. Help Desk. She is our premier Problem Solver of the district! In addition to her regular duties of advising hundreds of staff members each month on the various How-Tos of technology and the infamous problems of GroupWise, Katherine has graciously assisted me with the duties of a Webmaster for 91ؿ for 14 months. When our Webmaster departed for a continent across the globe and our budget problems got worse, Katherine and I were asked to work together to trouble-shoot problems on our website as they arose. I have merely been a typist and page-linker However, Katherine has done so many behind-the-scenes repairs, improvements, picture and image changes that I cannot remember how many problems she has actually solved. She has also taught me new techniques using her gift of extreme patience in explanations. I appreciate Katherine for taking this on with calm expertise. She has gone that extra mile to make our website work well and to help me improve also. NOMINEE: MARY HARGISS, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, BSBA DIVISION NOMINATOR: PJ Johnson Mary is dependable, punctual, and takesinitiative. She has a positive attitude towardher job and maintains a great sense of humor. With the ability to get along well with others, she is also flexible, motivated, organized. Often times, she stays late just to get the job done which have included many days with long hours and has been a great help to our division. She puts students and student-athletes first. She has only been in our division for one year and has picked up all the intangibles quickly and without complaint. Most days she is bombarded with student-athletes at her door and she takes the time to answer each of their questions with great patience and a smile on her face. NOMINEE: CANDACE BROWN, PE DEPT. (Formerly Quest program) NOMINATOR: Frances DeNisco For believing that solutions exist and focusing on what is right with the situation Candace has worked with Community Education and 91ؿ as an instructor for many years. She is always willing to do whatever is in her power to make her Community Education classes work. She continually innovates with new and different classes in music (Guitar/Ukulele anyone?) and in PE (Walking Fitness, earlier Quest, Weight LIfting), and teaches smaller classes just because she loves to teach. She is CONSISTENTLY positive and inspiring in her dealings with the Community Education program, and students from 11 to 70 enjoy her talent and patience as a teacher. For the CE program, for 91ؿ, and indeed for the Tri-Valley, Candace Brown is a shining example of a positive, can-do attitude and a love of teaching that IS What is Right With 91ؿ. NOMINEE: MARTHA PETERSON, CLERK, COMMUNITY ED. PROGRAM NOMINATOR: Frances DeNisco For learning to live with uncertainty, while acting with confidence Martha Peterson has been working with Commed for well over 10 years as a "Casual" Clerk. But she is everything but a Casual employee at 91ؿ. She has creatively and WITHOUT COMPLAINT facillitated, in an ON CALL capacity, the smooth running of the COMMED on the weekends, in the summers and many evenings since I have been the program coordinator. BUT, she also spent many years running the box office and ticket selling for the Theater program, and is STILL the accompanist for classes in the music department. Never completely sure when she would get a call to work, and always responding with professionalism and conscientiousness, Martha Peterson IS What is Right with 91ؿ. NOMINEE: SHERI MOORE, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, STUDENT LIFE OFFICE AND MORE NOMINATOR: Julie Thornburg Sheri Moore exemplifies Whats Right at 91ؿ. She goes above and beyond in service to our students, colleagues, college and community. She is amazing in so many ways incredibly efficient, hard-working, composed, cheerful, and extremely professional with everyone she meets. She is an integral part of the Associated Students of 91ؿ (AS91ؿ). She not only provides excellent customer service to our students, she often goes the extra mile to mentor them and serve as a role model. She is truly invaluable to the AS91ؿ. Sheri also supports the Career Learning Cohort a program at 91ؿ that works with at-risk students. In addition, Sheri volunteers for a variety of committees and events. Just to name a few: High School Senior Parent Night, Welcome Center, MEGA Day, and the Scholarship and Hiring Committee. I know there are more she lends her time to!! Sheri is the Lead, every year, at Commencements Grad Central, the venue that takes care of our graduates before the ceremony. It is a huge effort and she oversees many volunteers, formal decorations, check-in, refreshments, mothering, and a host of endless other details. It is a pleasure to work with Sheri and to call her my friend. # # # %-123j Ѻ觓~l~XE4 hU>h2MCJOJQJ^JaJ$hU>h2MCJOJPJQJ^JaJ'hU>h2M5CJOJPJQJ^JaJ"hU>CJOJPJQJ^J_H=aJ(hU>hnVCJOJPJQJ^J_H=aJ'hU>hnV5CJOJPJQJ^JaJ$hU>hnVCJOJPJQJ^JaJ-hU>hL5>*CJOJPJQJ\^JaJ-hU>hnV5>*CJOJPJQJ\^JaJ-hU>h D5>*CJOJPJQJ\^JaJ23j XEFOdh-DM ]OgdU> dhgdU> Zdh]ZgdU>$Zdh]Za$gdU>UW*,EFPa}~ığs_K8ğ$hU>hU>CJOJPJQJ^JaJ'hU>hU>5CJOJPJQJ^JaJ'hU>h#' 5CJOJPJQJ^JaJ,hU>h2M5B*CJOJQJ^JaJph)hU>h2MB*CJOJQJ^JaJph#hU>B*CJOJQJ^JaJph$hU>hWOCJOJPJQJ^JaJ$hU>hnVCJOJPJQJ^JaJ'hU>hnV5CJOJPJQJ^JaJ'hU>hWO5CJOJPJQJ^JaJF~ ~op dhH$gdU>Odh-DM ]OgdU> & FOdh-DM ]O^gdU> Zdh]ZgdU>ln~걡yhU@*@+hU>hU>CJOJPJQJ\^J_H=aJ(hU>hU>CJOJPJQJ^J_H=aJ$hU>hU>CJOJPJQJ^JaJ!h5CJOJPJQJ^JaJ'hU>h5CJOJPJQJ^JaJ'hU>hU>5CJOJPJQJ^JaJhU>CJOJPJQJ^JaJhnVCJOJPJQJ^JaJ,hU>h#' 5B*CJOJQJ^JaJph#hU>B*CJOJQJ^JaJph)hU>h#' B*CJOJQJ^JaJph~nó}uquququq}hjhU$hU>hU>CJOJPJQJ^JaJ$hU>h\CJOJPJQJ^JaJh\CJOJPJQJ^JaJhU>CJOJPJQJ^JaJ$hU>hU>CJOJPJQJ^JaJ'hU>hU>CJOJPJQJ\^JaJ*hU>hU>5CJOJPJQJ\^JaJ dgdP Zdh]ZgdU>$dhH$a$gd\ 21h:pU>/ =!"#$% n 666666666vvvvvvvvv666666>6666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666hH6666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666662 0@P`p2( 0@P`p 0@P`p 0@P`p 0@P`p 0@P`p 0@P`p8XV~$OJPJQJ^J_HmH nH sH tH J`J ;ZNormal dCJ_HaJmH sH tH DA D Default Paragraph FontRiR 0 Table Normal4 l4a (k ( 0No List V V Z0Footer H$dCJOJPJQJ^JaJFF Z0 Footer CharCJOJPJQJ^JaJ44 P0Header H$:!: P0 Header Char CJ_HaJPK![Content_Types].xmlj0Eжr(΢Iw},-j4 wP-t#bΙ{UTU^hd}㨫)*1P' ^W0)T9<l#$yi};~@(Hu* Dנz/0ǰ $ X3aZ,D0j~3߶b~i>3\`?/[G\!-Rk.sԻ..a濭?PK!֧6 _rels/.relsj0 }Q%v/C/}(h"O = C?hv=Ʌ%[xp{۵_Pѣ<1H0ORBdJE4b$q_6LR7`0̞O,En7Lib/SeеPK!kytheme/theme/themeManager.xml M @}w7c(EbˮCAǠҟ7՛K Y, e.|,H,lxɴIsQ}#Ր ֵ+!,^$j=GW)E+& 8PK!Ptheme/theme/theme1.xmlYOo6w toc'vuر-MniP@I}úama[إ4:lЯGRX^6؊>$ !)O^rC$y@/yH*񄴽)޵߻UDb`}"qۋJחX^)I`nEp)liV[]1M<OP6r=zgbIguSebORD۫qu gZo~ٺlAplxpT0+[}`jzAV2Fi@qv֬5\|ʜ̭NleXdsjcs7f W+Ն7`g ȘJj|h(KD- dXiJ؇(x$( :;˹!
